George A Kumar

CEO

George Kumar, Co-Owner & Chief Executive Officer of FLAIR IT has been in the IT Consulting, Project Management, Content Management, Data Capture, and Document Imaging business for 10 years, Since beginning his career in 2008. During this time George served in all aspects of software application development, including Project Analysis, Technical Design, Application Development, Staff Management, and System Support.

George Kumar is responsible for managing over millions in annual revenues and leads many talented management professionals and employees throughout. His dedicated teams serve more than 50 clients with over 10 million square feet in the Commercial, Corporate, Education, Healthcare, Life Science, Public Venues, Residential, Retail, Sport & Entertainment and Transportation market sectors.

George Kumar is that one-in-a-million individual who brings his passion for life to everything he does, whether it’s skiing, remodeling his house or building a unique business process strategy for a client. Working with his IT team, day in and day out, building Paper Alternative’s core business and application pools, one experience at a time, he thrives on the process as well as the result – satisfied clients.

Richard Johnson

Project Head

Richard over 16 years of extensive experience in Operations, Support Functions and Customer Service is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, and day-to-day management of specific goals, work on assignments with definite outcomes and time limits that must stay within budget.

Designates project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Great educational background, Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies and DATA Managment. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Collaborating with senior management for crafting the organization’s vision and strategy. Developing strategic HR policies and plans (e.g. recruitment, compensation, training etc.) Hiring, guiding and evaluating the performance of HR Executives. Reporting performance to the CEO by using KPIs and business metrics. Analyzing the success of HR operations. Ensuring all procedures are in compliance with legal regulations. Anita Hardworking and dedicated professional with overall 12 years of work experience through different roles in E-Commerce Operations, IT Corporate, Business Development Management, Customer Support, Client relationship, Account Management and Financial Accounting. Giving me a good grip on every role and subject knowledge has improved my confidence and enhanced scope for greater responsibilities. Designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. I am responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business. Taniya is Dedicated and experienced Recruiter and Trainer with an overall 13 years of experience. An extremely focused and professional trainer capable of accurately analyzing, identifying training needs. Bringing forth extensive hands-on experience with managerial skills. Taniya Gomez is responsible for the creation and delivery of bespoke training programmes. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression and best practice in mind, the intention is to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at all levels within an organisation.

Knowledge of the company, its clients and business strategy are all key, as these will be taken into consideration when establishing the training and performance programmes and fundamentally assist in the organisation’s success, by coaching and developing its people.

Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans. Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements. Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching. IT Head

Amit and excellent IT Head is very knowledgeable in IT and computer systems. With over 16 years of experience in IT and Corporate, oversees all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management. Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs. Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals. Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management. Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance. Control budget and report on expenditure. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts Amit is ideal ideal resource in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives. His goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company.

Anand H

Head of Accounts

Anand with over 35 years of accounting experience, including 15 years of working with government and commercial contracts, ensures that all of Paper Alternative’s financial records are in order.

Using Tally and the automated workflows we’ve set up for internal use, oversees the preparation and accuracy of our tax documents, audits our accounts and ensures that our financial operations run efficiently. Anand is a big supporter of the internal automated workflows we’ve set up for everything from accounts payable to business and financial compliance. Anand Manages and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity Anand Monitors and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
